Return and refund policy

Returns:

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
